fuel tank

I have got a 1.0l shell but to fit a 2.0l engine would i have to put a gsi tank on it or something.
I have got the fuel pump and all that but just thinking about fuel return

Correct you need an upgraded tank, a gsi one will do

you need the following

-Gsi tank
-Gsi fuel pump or 2.0l
-Gsi fuel lines or upgraded fuel lines over then a 1.0l

iirc the 1.0l doesnt have fuel return :)

correct, 1.0 tank has no return. use new fuel lines, rubber hose with overbraid are cheap enough

Cant you use a SPi tank with a beefier in-tank pump? It might be easier to find. Fuel tanks are hard to find second hand as scrappies have to drill holes in the tanks of cars they get in to drain the fuel.
