That's a good price tbh.
Well going by today's quotes for people you age.
I was paying that when I passed 14 years ago.

Id never go back with quinn direct after what happend to me. Was involved in an accident, not at fault, lost my no claims, had to fix the car myself, then they tried charging me an extra 2K a year. You pay for what you get, cheap insurance, cheap customer service, just be careful!..

i was with quinn thay are very good at low prices as long as you dont want to change your car. thay give you a very very good price to get you on side then when you come to buy a new car or have a crash you can expect that price to double at least and if you ever want to talk over the phone set 1/2 aside for being on hold

Few more details please. Excess? TPFT cover i assume. Named driver aswell? Limited mileage? Reason i ask is given the other threads regarding young driver quotes as of late...that is a good price.

Thats a very good price considering the same car for me at 24, now have a clean license, have a couple of expired total loss claims an its still ITRO £250
i shud think the excess is about 250 it will most prob be fully comp the reason i say this is my misses has just passed he test she is 21 and we managed to get fully comp on a vectra c sri 1.8 for £500 that covers her to drive any insured car third party only
the policy is prob restriced to 1000 miles a year and £1000 excess
as tommy mentioned a few mates have had a simalar sort of problem after an accident that wasnt there fault

I've just done 1 with quinn and it was fooking shocking!!!
ol2 postcode... 19 years of age... 2 years NCB... 1.2 nova...
Are you ready.......
£3180.35
Are they on crack!
You do live in beirut though in terms of insurance postcodes lol
im 21. got 1 yrs no claims. 12 points and for a 1.2 spin it costs £700 insurance fully comp with a £250 excess. when i was 19 it was £1500 fully comp with no no claims and no points so i think you have got a bargain mate.
just to add to my last comment i got a quote on a 1.3 sr not long ago and had a quote of £250 fully comp but a 1.2 was 500 and something. (i have gained 6 more points since then) but how do they work them prices out?

very true mate, my van seized so i weighed it in, called my insurance up to cancel and was told to pay a 500 cancelation fee or continue paying £235 a month! and i was told im not personally allowed to speak to my insurers i have to pass messages through the broker! and i was sent a letter telling my insurance was invalid because i hadn't sent my old certificate of insurance in which i had never had, then they sent me the certificate and the numberplate was wrong (n instead of m) so they charged me £75 to correct, DO NOT USE EXPRESS INSURANCE:mad:

I have been getting companys either tell me they wont quote me or a very very high price.
My insurance just increased £68 from a 1200 spi-1200 antibes, plus £25 to change the car?! Fukkin sh1te are swinton.Insurers just make it up as they go along these days.I normally would have told them to get fukked. But they wanted a £58 cancellation fee, plus to take out a new policy would have required another deposit so they knew they had me by my knackers

lol you think thats bad, im just waiting for my insurance to run out, im not loosing 1 year ncb for 3 months
i went from my modded cav derv at £48 per month, to a std 5 door 1.3 at £77 per month lol
Ha cheap quotes will be to get them out of the sh*t
Quinn are not renewing policies so ive heard as they have gone pop, a friend of mine has his car insured with them and was involved in a crash that was his own fault and he has been told by an employee they wont be around next year and are not taking on any new policies??
They have already paid out the people in the car for personal injuries, within weeks so i would be very worried about using them myself.
