I'm thinking of buying a mk2 Astra to strip, mainly for panels. However, I'm currently wondering if it will be worth it for the bits I need off it

The car has a 1.4 carbed engine with gearbox, complete with dizzy, coil, etc.
75k miles with history. Currently still in the car (Mk 2 Astra) in Derby. The current owner tells me that although the car isn't in particularly good condition, the mechanicals were kept on top of (3wk old oil filter bears this out).
The engine is no use to me, but if anybody here is in need of it (I was thinking £75 or reasonable offer?) then it would be worth me buying the car in.
Anybody interested?
