were these ever standard, i thought all the SR's came with split seats.

in the pink nova i have just picked up to break, it has a single piece rear bench and looks like its standard.

Unless its been re trimmed i would say that's quite rare

nope just someone has stitched them together. ive done it a number of times

it looks mint though and a professional job. and your grey center above looks alot wider then my one lol.

EDIT, also look at the position of the seatbelt clips. yours is one on the grey, one on the rainbow, mine are both on rainbow...

The ones on BMW's have no seam on the bottom edge, looks like they're original, or a very pro job where they've used the bottom of a single piece set of seats, seems a lot of trouble to go to though, and especially so on that flaky fibreglass monstrosity they're in.

hmmm true. im sure i remember seeing a rear bench like that before though in a special edition.

Editing your initial post gives it away + Flairs had a funny grey tweed in a mk1 or pseudo wannabe SRi zipper trim in a mk2. :d

Aye, they'll definately be Nova Sting seats

White facelift Mk1 Nova with white bumpers, wrap around spoiler, SR steelies, 4 pod clocks, SR interior with single bench but 1.2 engine
