You need to say that you need the address to collect otherwise your going to eBay & paypal to get your money back and cancelling the sale.

he cant leave you -ve feedback (which I think sucks as there are some REALLY PITA buyers out there!!) and if he hasn't given you his address for collection, by the looks of things he has done this before! he has a single spot of -ve feedback in which it says that he refused to acknowledge sale of no reserve item. It seems to suggest that if its been sold massively cheap then he wont be interested in selling.

Check that he IS going to let you collect the item in the next 48 hours and if not then go to eBay.

send him 1 last email giving him a warning to say that if he doesn't get in contact within 48 hours then your leaving -ve feedback cancelling sale and going to paypal to get your money back

Sounds to me like he didn't want to sell those shafts for £16 (as thats a bargain!) so he is avoiding you!!

I would, an do.

I put some proper XE conversion shafts complete with CV's on eBay with no reserve & a 99p start.

If there was a reserve on there and you didn't meet it then they're not sold then!

however if they were on there 99p no reserve then the seller runs the risk of not getting what he wants for them, and is now being a knobend by not letting you have them for the price you won them for!!

If your going to do that then its a risk you run, if you want to make a decent amount of money then you can list it as Buy it now or best offer!! I usually do!
