Not keen on rivets on wheels they look tacky, unless they have a purpose.

What size are they going to be?

they shout halfords at me tbh, up to you though, what people say about what you want on *your* car shouldn't make too much difference :thumb:

Both are gash. Simple designs are the way to go with those sort of wheel (IMO).

/awaits the fake splits make baby Jesus cry pics. lol

im not paying for them but 4 new tyres would cost more than that fitted alone and tbh i dont think there too bad (i wouldent run them) but meh

Both sets of wheels, plus the sticker on the fuel filler flap scream I crashed into halfords and some of it stuck!

Also, those are tiny brakes to have behind 17s so I'd go for something with bigger spokes. 16" softstars might suit that.

EDIT: I missed some replies. Avoid the ditchfinder tyres. If the budget is an issue spend a bit more just on some decent rubber.

totally agree and the sticker on the cap as for the rest of the car is all irmscher kit (bar wheels) so halfords.....not really:roll: and she dosent have much money too spend ... maybe should have mentioned that

Wheels would look naff IMO. Spokes are too thin.

Irmscher are repsonsible for a lot of stick on tat too IMO.
A name means nowt...

I'd sell the current rims and go for some OEM stuff with good tyres. The added bonus is they will look like they belong on the car.

maybe not but its still not halfords tat and for 150ish quid its still hard to find OEM wheels with 4 new/realitivly new tyres its a hard thing to do asap

lol and the door pins, Corsa rubber side skirts etc

Steve, £150 would get you some decent mk4 SXi wheels/tyres no? That Mille Migila price is cheap for just rims, so lord only knows how bad the tyres are!

We know they're new. lol

By all means, run them yourself, but recommending them to a family member is madness. :)

Shop around locally for a set of these (http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m54b0s103p6379) fitted. You might be surprised with the price.
