How did you get that made up? Wouldn't mind a tactical 6 cylinder wing one :d

It was some company that specialise in embroided patches, they do one offs, batches of 5,10,20 etc...

You supply them with the image (which I photoshopped first), they convert it to what it will look like stitched. Then when you happy you pay them and they get them to you usually within a fortnight.

Like I say Jack it will depend on batch sizes and details. For example that patch above is quite complicated and IIRC a single one was £30, but a batch of 5 was £38 so I went with that. But just from those two comparisons most of the £30 is just the programming of the machine that does them, so after that numbers are cheap.
