Just a quick one, are the mounts on diseaseled nova's different to petrol ones, specifically 1.2s? And if not will a 1.7 out of say a mk3 cav or astra go in without to much work??

yep completely diffent. you have to modify the chassis leg in a big way

and the 1.7 is alot of work to fit and you need a 1.5 donor for all the ancillaries

what about a 1.7td to replace a 1.5tdaslong as you have the 1.5 donor then it can be done :D

i do the 1.5 td corsa i have that now holds 1.7 bar with no pipes popping off you were correct they didnt do them up tight enough
