front tie bar lowering

how much are front tie bars usually lowered by for conversion purposes etc
im looking to modify the tie bar mount that bolt to the front panel so they are lower just wanting to know how much to lower by and if anyone has done it this way and which other ways there is to do it ?

i think its 20mm, dont quote me on that though, im going to be doing this to mine soon. im sure theres a good thread on here with pics etc, maype someone would be kind enough to post the link if they know its whereabouts, cheers

i lowered mine 25mm and its still close to the f28 box

have you got your tie bars on the bottom of the arms and ball joint on top or you still running them normal way with the f28 box

I did mine 25mm, but will be changing the fronts to bigger ones as it helps with anti dive or something like that.
