nova gte brake suspension q's

Ive just got a novagte mk1 H-reg.
Will astra 16v 256mm x 24mm discs n calipers fit under standard gte 3 spokes?
Will cav sr 16v Fan type wheels,49mm offset with 195/50/15 tyres fit with no arch mods front or rear?
I have a gmax -40mm suspension kit,shox n springs for a corsa gsi,if i use the nova gte front top mounts will they fit on my gte,or will the spring rates be miles out,too low.
If the springs are all wrong could i use the shox with either standard springs or nova lowered springs?

Hi mate, the mentioned discs and calipers will not go behind the std wheels, The cav fan blades no worries at all! You will probably need to roll the arches a touch, a job for the pro's but if they are atall rusty I did mine with a spade levering against the tyre. Acceptable and I am not a complete bodger. The front wings dont usually cause chafage. Either way dont let it put you off, the clearance prob at thr rear will only be minor.
As for the suspension, most kit manufacturers state different kits but the part nos are usually the same, I reckon it will be OK. Use Nova top mounts and maybe use Nova rear springs if it dosent drop. Or get them altered by a spring specialist (coilsprings 89)
