The best way is to remove the windows, there is some of the vinyl behind the rubbers.

Then warm it up with either a heatgun or a hairdryer.

Thats how i did mine, no problems. :thumb:

Ive been on a major vinyl removal mission recently.... The best way is to use a heatgun to warm the vinyl and a plastic filler spreader card to scrape the hot vinyl off otherwise your fingers will get rather sore! Then use a solvent degreaser/panel wipe to remove any glue and residue. Done carefully you wont even mark the paintwork.

It took me nearly a week to get the tailgate vinyl off my GSi, my fingers were cooked & sore. Its the only way.

As for applying it, pretty sure you can spray a weak soap solution onto the panel, move the sticker into place & then squeegee out the moisture. So long as it doesnt slip it should dry stuck in place. Or apply it to the grooves in the panel & work outwards, again warm it slightly to make it easier to work with, peel the backing off on one edge & only peel the rest away when you have the 1st edge in place & stuck down.
