I would imagine so, contrary to popular belief they were not a vauxhall nova dealer option, they do seem to be by far the most popular stud pattern/offset though.

They made them in a range of sizes, some with the centre cap (concealed bolt holes) or with open bolt holes. There was an XR3i for sale a year or two ago on 15'' inch Alessio's. Some Impreza's have 17'' versions, so they arent unique to 6.5x16'' & et49 offset, to answer your question.

edit; Mazda actually fittd them as OE on MX-5's & Mazda 6 models.

I had a problem with two sets of allesios a few years back....... Not an offset problem as they were both et49 but the inner wheel face was a slightly different design on one set. This caused a problem as they wouldnt clear the v6 calipers I was using at the time. The other set however cleared no problems. Im sure the uber early allesio design is the one that caused the clearance issues iirc.

Those wheels are Speedline 'Pole stars' I reckon. Similar to the mistral, which has a cap.

i saw that in TV, there were 5 stud, no sentre caps but defo allessio 2's

if you look on the top row and zoom in you'll see speedline alessio 2 wheels in 14, 15, 16 and 17" and £717 for 4 16" with tyres and that advert is from 1996!! lol

allesio 2 are for vauxhall fitment specicficaly,i had them on my nova lowered 60mm and they didnt rub at all,check ebay you'll see the posting,they do fit on vw's,renaults,bmw's etc because of stud pattern
