Slight difference around the exterior door handles if you are being picky.

Check straps are different, but they should still be compatible

Yeah, my GSi has a mk1 passenger door. Only diff I can see is the handles. You cant put a mk2 handle on a mk1 door either. Proper anorak difference but it is there.
