lowering blck spec when using an f28

im wanting to no what way people run there ball joint when using an f28 and how thick are the spacers that go between the cross member and the anti roll bar and also do people space the ball joint down?cheers

its to stop the tie bars hitting on the gear box mate, normally 20-25 mm

on both ends or just at the cross member?

I have the ball joint in the normal place but the tie bar under the control arms instead of on top, using spacers (18mm I think)

Front needs lowering about 25mm as well.
