How do you remove the the plastics that surrounds the gear stick ??

Do you mean the rubber gaitor or the centre console moulding?

lift up the flap, with a flat head screwdriver, in the console and uscrew the screw

so what flap are you on about because i cant seem to find one :S i want to put in a gear-stick gaitor
