anyway in the end they get a bit of clip from when he slowed down to do a u-turn, re ran it (without all the info on screen eg. time, speed etc that they have) then paused it and said he pulled over after the car broke down LOLOLOLOLOL

the site put the last frame of this over the previous chase sequence and it all matches up
