Just thought I'd show off the Mk2 Nova since winter is almost over and it's all cleaned up

Still got 2 trackrod ends to be fitted which will be done next week I hope then source 2 back shocks (Hopefully uprated ones) and it should be good to go for the MOT

Also, wheel allignment needs done too then Speedlines re-fitted :)

Comments good or bad (Except about spoiler, lack of GSi bumper and grey dash) Thanks :thumb:

Lovely car Vaughan still looks clean. :d The only thing that bugs me really is the square Vauxhall griffin on the boot as it should be a round one or not at all. ;)

If I could source a genuine round griffin GSi decal I'd put one on it

Some early Mk2 GSi's came with the square badge though

Can't really go any lower round this way - IMO the way it sits it's perfect and driveable

Any lower would be a waste of time

Cheers Ste :)

I have a vectored image of it if you are wanting to take it to a vinyl company.

Picture didn't work Southie...

I had a grey boot grab handle on it but the colour-coded one looks so much better...Smooths the back end up a bit

doesnt look that low in the pics but when I saw it up EK I remember thinking f*ck having a nova that low round here. wouldnt be able to take it down 90% of the roads I drive on without ripping your exhaust off.

Aye it's low when you see it - Because the wheel/tyre isn't away up in the arch doesn't mean it's not low :thumb:

Southie, I am using IE mate...

I've had issues with people seeing pictures I post when using IE, maybe try opening firefox and see if you can see it.

with the boot grab rail id revert to std or do the door handles to match

Door handles colour coded might come once the MOT is done :)

Can say ive only ever came across one Gsi that had the round badge, was the proper badge similar to the one on the bonnet and it was factory fitted as i had to have the pin holes filled when i removed it. Havent seen many others like this but im sure theyre out there......

Cars looking good though V :thumb:

I hope so mate, saying that I wouldn't mind something else as a daily driver and keep the Mk1 Nova quite good but I don't know yet

I want this Nova running spot on before I do any more styling mods
