been offered a 1.6 corsa sport full car for £200

what should i all remove before i get rid of the shell

the engine will be going into my 1990 1.0s

Engine, gearbox, pipe work (not all will fit but its worth keeping) loom, ecu, key transponder from the ignition barrel, and anything else you want/think is worth keeping.

will it fit straight onto my mounts

i thuink ive read somewhere about the 1.0 using a different mount

strip the whole car and ebay anything you dont use

yes you 1L mounts are no good. need 1.2,1.3,1.4,1.6 mounts

Dont need weld mounts, just unbolt them

this mounts says its suitable for the 1.0 and the rest of the nova engines so how come i need new ones?

Its the actual metal mount bracket that is different on 1L models

aah so i can just unbolt the bracket and fit the new one?

yeah i had a read through that but it dosent mention the 1.0 mounts
