why why why, it will get pug flu and let you down
would be better with the orignal engine, 8v S2 rallye's are getting quite rare these days.
wtf is going on with the air filter!?

i dont like how close the pedals are on 106's and saxo's
wtf is going on with the air filter!?
Isn't that a rs500 one? lmfao
 Really really like these...especially with the 16v lump in!
If you decide you dont like it drop me a pm:thumb:
wtf is going on with the air filter!?
the colour or the shape of it?
the flash on the camera make it's look weird,
think the shape of it, is due to it being from an enclosed kit
Both really, just looks small and rusty!
quality car mate. I've got a 106 GTi for my daily. I'd have a rallye all day long. I have a Carbon Dynamics air box on mine, get one of them.

So many of my mates have got these! Must know of 15-20 of em. I've got a 106 gti as my daily smoker, but it's o so French for me, so itl be going soon. I'm sure ul be changing gearbox mounts, front os engine mounts, drive shaft seals N the rear Axel soon. great little car and handles brilliantly think mine has a vtr box on it so the gears are longer, 70mph in 2nds good lol! Love the s2 ralley never liked the s1!
The only way I'd own another is to make a track car, much cheaper than a nova to build, n that way you'd be able to remove all the nasty peugeot interior which adds to that **** French feal of them.
Anyway nice car. Ben
interior will be out very soon ;)
got these sat waiting to go in

Get it on a track.

greta little engines those, as riggy said in the better shell too. I liked my mrs vts handled and pulled excllent.
Did you buy this off a lad called Christian from Peterlee? Mate of mine and he's just sold one and bought an S1 GTi engined Rallye.

No, Bought it from manchester, off a lad called justin :)

Did your mate convert it himself dude? Cos a mate of mine (lol) from Stanley/Consett converted a blue R reg S2 to a 1600 16v. I can't remember the end of the reg, but it had been on some serious weight loss inside with two fixed Sparco buckets and the engine bay was recently (well maybe 2 years ago) repainted when his mate then bought and subsequently sold it. lol
16v engine in Rallye = can't go wrong.
I'd rather have the c
No, you really wouldnt. They are utter dog turd!!

i like the C, much better than a B, but not drove a fast c, so cant compare that way lol

Yea there loads nicer to drive then a B, just the hand brakes are shockingly bad, there to heavy & every chav an his Staffie own's one now :(
Compared to a Rallye tho, its a no brainer really.
oh i agree about the handbrake lol, i dont trust it, can easy drive with it pulled up lol

Humm, im split, as i do love the S2's and i love the GTI so this is the best combo you could get (for a track/or toy IMO) BUT i wouldn't want one for an everyday car, im sorry i owned two French cars (2 too many! lol) the Engines were amazing, but everything els was made from plaster-seen or paper thin plastic, and i wont talk about electrics! lol
Hope it stays good though dude.

p.s when fitting the seats dont get the omp base frames make your own or contact me and il knock some up for you like i did with mine as you will sit to high on the OMP ones.
I think my engines toss, must have got the wrong one lol
The engines are awesome for a 1600 16v, and make a vauxhall 1600 16v look silly!!!

Here's the post van!

I swear you could run this on drum of sunflower oil and vodka mix and it would love it, go and go and go, and it had it hilarious fun handling habit, stiff as hell on the rear and sloppy jalopy on the front! lol
Transit driver decided to kill it on way to work one day, he T'boned us.. I lost everything he was un,insured..

And then there was this beast after the transit driver killed the Van..
This thing was faster then my standard GSi e16se!

Would happily have another of them if it was mint, as it was so quick and good on fuel too.
Scott
306 1.9 td, blower on it kicks in noticably at about 2750, then the diesel runs out of puff at about 2900 and the turbo kicks properly just as you feel the power fade away lol
And I wasn't on about the 1.6 16v Ad, as above :thumb:
Sorry i just skipped to the last page and replied lol

Great little cars these my mate has a yellow GTI and with a few mods is seeing 135hp all hes done is cams, chip(that was with the car when he bought it)4-2-1mani and full stainless and a k&n filter and it goes like stink no far behind a valver nova IMO.
Nice find ste.:thumb:
