I can't seem to open my boot or passenger door with the key

I have no idea what's up with them

Anyone have any ideas - You can pull the latch up from inside the boot and it opens and also the snib unlocks the passenger door but the key works in neither

Anyone have any suggestions or solutions ?

Cheers, Vaughan :)

Yes, up until the hard frost etc

Now only the drivers side opens with the key

Hock the door card off - are all the rods still connected?

worn key possibly as the drivers lock will wear with the key.

Common problem! Most obvious reason being that it is the drivers door lock is the 1 that is used most often. The other 2 tend to seize up with crap etc. due to lack of use!
If you can get the locks out, it is a bit fiddly but take the lock to bits being carefull not to lose any of the wee bits and give it all a good clean. Re-apply grease or vaseline once finished and fingers crossed they should work!
Had to do this many a time, especially with boot locks and sorted it every time :thumb:

Wd40 with the straw attachment, spray liberally inside the locks and keep working the key about in them and you should free it up:thumb:

take the locks off & soak them in hot water for a bit. the white grease has been forced out by the frost.... try blasting some wd40 in, followed by some decent thin oil (3 in 1) cos wd40 will unseize them but won't last very long.
