had to disconnect for now,any ideas what it could be?

It could be the wiper relay stuck on? try putting your fuse back in then give the relays a bit of a tap, see if this works matey

It could be the relay or it may also be your wiper switch that's stuck in position.

ive changed the relay and switch,still the same anyone have any more ideas what it could be??
