Did abit on the car this morning, wired in the lecyy windows and tidyed afew other wires up, also made a short vid so you guys can see the car running.

Is that Craigs old exhaust as well ?

[edit] Just watched the vid, it is a big pipe. Gotta love that wastegate chatter on that Garret.

Craig what was the A/R on the turbo can you remember?

No idea Bazil, tbh I didnt know what AR's were back then. Sure Tommy could note down the numbers off the housing. I'd be interested to know also.

Tommy would you be so kind as to look at your turbo, on the compressor housing at the front it will have A/R and a number like .48 and on the casing for the exhaust turbine it too will have a A/R, would you mind letting us know what they are please.

When I had the engine, Edd spent most of his time chasing my back bumper in his XE, so he knows how awesome it is. lol

lol yeah that's true, was mighty pissed off with his turbo conversion lol

Does it still have the boost control valve on the vacuum pipe for the actuator ?
You'll probably be able to get a little more bhp out of it if it does

Edd its been removed mate il leave it as it is for now dont wanna go blowing it up lol once everythings sorted out i do plan to spend some more on the engine, try get the bhp up, thinking of taking it to Mech sport in cheltenham so they can have a look at it try set it up better as its running abit up and down at the minute also be looking in to a lsd for the box.
