F25 gearbox price

just a quick one, been offered a swap with my cavvy against a vectra gsi which needs a gearbox. dunno whether is worth it tbh and just wondered if someone could tell me how much i can expect to pay for a gearbox for it. cheers in advance

no more then about £50 for one of them mate.... there not worth alot to be honest. But id keep the cav :)

haha cheers mate. im just bored of the cav and fancy a change, i cant say that vectras really take my fancy but im weighing the options up lol

Had a mint one on ebay for ages, couldnt even sell it for 99p so it got scrapped!
Got another one coming out a car this weekend, if we got £20 for it i'd be happy or £50 posted!

Best bit about F25 is bracket on the offside output is held on with 5 torx, this fits perfectly onto a F28 for an oem 2wd adapter plate.

F25's are worth nothing as said, as the ratio's are sooooo long and useless!
