It came from Brighton, but he did a few track days in it (Silverstone), so you may have seen it around.

I had intended to buy a motorcycle engined Westfield/Caterham, but then this Duratec one came along at sensible money, so I bought that.

But absolutely typically, no sooner had I put down a deposit on this one, I spotted an advert for an incredible Westfield with a Hayabusa turbo engine in it.

300+ bhp at the wheels in a 400kg car. I went to see it on Saturday.

Now I want that one!

Yes, see my other thread on the ADR, the seller decided to keep it, which was disappointing, especially as I'd agreed a great price on it.

Yes, I am already considering selling it, but only because this one has come up for sale;

Chris Snell's self-built Westfield GTS, running a Hayabusa turbo engine, which does low 10 second quarter miles, and has amassed a huge collection of wins. It's done a few TOTB events as well, if anyone has seen it in action, let me know.

No, it's not road legal or registered for the road.

It was built brand new in 2008, from what I read it seems to be a massive hassle to get a car like this registered.
