Fitting sills any guides ?

Hey guys, does anyone know of a guide for fitting new sills ? as i need to do this.

yeah theres spot welds, no that hard to do but hard to do well and with minimum fillering - ive got 2 to fit and haven got roud to it yet ll

Use as little of the new sill as you can get away with,ie dont cut out all the way to the door step which is how much the repair panel will cover.Take your time and offer it up/clamp in place.Pre drill all your spot weld holes in the repair panel also to save time.

thats the sort of thing i'd normally say,

but what i would say is get somebody professional to do it properly. and get them to replace the bad metal behind the sills & ensure the drain holes are in the right place & intact, then use some really good rustproofing paint.... zinc primer is just not good enough
