my shoes were on fire for several days before i noticed. it then took me two days to put them out as i couldnt be bothered to get up lol

Its pretty easy actually, I quit a while ago and had no real cravings after a couple of weeks, just stick at it.

i did want to, but my family smokes. pretty much all of my friends smoke. im constantly around it.
ive been smoking since i was 9 (yeah im ashamed of it) and i just cant seem to do it, went to the doctors for their crappy courses but it was full of pr1cks so i didnt go again, and patches made me come up in a rash :mad:

If you want to quit you will do it, after the first few days to a week you have cracked it, the hardest part is out of the way, good luck dude:thumb:

i did that before...6 weeks i went, untill someone at work really got under my skin...30mins into a 9hr shift lol
