I can only imagine he blew his nose and stalled the car at the same time so it lurched, but it doesn't mention anything... still a bit harsh though!

Thre's always two sides. I bet he was rolling and not actually stationary. If it IS true though, the plod will have egg on their face in court if his brief is any good.

i got stopped for eating a sausage roll while driving, turned out to be the most expensive sausage roll in history!!

£1.10 for the sausgae roll
£60 fine and 3 points for eating it
