i did it because they get mega hot and pack up at the best of times, let alone when in a tiny nova bay.

hmm, i know of a tb'd 2.5v6, rr'd at 250bhp, still running the standard cooler.

because the cooler breaks down, and puts oil into the water :p

yes yes i know the age old problem of that baxter ( i worked at vauxhall for 7 years!) he re-newed it when the bods went on, 5 minute job with the inlets off. I was thinking more along the efficiency lines on a tuned engine?

Natch, the standard cooler is very efficient. Until it breaks and leaks lol
