To me this does not makes sense,

Headlight protectors like THESE (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290396109781&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT) go for stupid money.

Still got 5 days to go so would imagine that will go for bout a ton. (like others on the bay recently)

Seen a few sets on here for stupid money too.

My problem is they are called 'headlight protectors', for the price these go for you could smash and replace both your headlights 3 times over.

Also they look gash.

Makes no sense at all to me.

Am i on my own thinking this ?

Not too my taste either - Water gets in behind them, heat from the light makes it steam up and therefore loses some of the light making visibility less...Pointless things!

same deal as original wind deflectors, car in front of the gazebo at trax had them on and at least 2 people asked about them while I was sat there.

Its something to add to the spec list lol

I had them because i got them uber cheap (even during the massive rush to get them) and i dont mind saying i sold them on for a lot, but they were fitted to my car for 6months and i keept being asked about them.

No real point in this day and age though. Even more so when you can get a pair of used lights for £10 a pair.

I picked up a set from ebay, not gen stuff and i didn't know gm made them for a nova. Mine cost 15 notes. Hardly used them. Went off them too.

Wind deflectors were opel on the black GTE, not headlight protectors.

Yes that's what i mean. They are both copies of this "real gm" ones i've never seen. All the ones i've seen are the same as mine.. Meaning none are gen stuff and worth about 15 quid.

*goes to garage to wash the track flys off them... and wrap in bubble wrap to sell on for millions...*
