take the steering wheel off, flip it over and there is a gold/brass ring, this could be bent and making the horn sound, this has happened with mine and every time i turn the wheel it sounds the horn

the brass ring will be on the back of the boss if it has an inbuilt horn.

might be worth rigging up a separate horn push on your dash to eliminate the steering column element, thats way you know where the wires go

i reconnected it for its mot and took the advisory for 'loose connection' on the chin as it only had a small kink in the ring
