Assuming you do a 37-odd hour week, 52 weeks a year - do you get Bank Hols off? If so, that would make up your required days.

I get 30 days (plus max 10 days carry over from previous year), plus bank hols, plus the odd couple of day like queen's birthday, maunday thursday etc, plus a max of 3 days every 4 weeks on flexi time :d
