head and rocker paint

Whats the best stuff to use on the head and alloy rocker cover on my e16 ?
do you need to prime ?:thumb:

or if your fussy, get some VHT paint. ebay for about a fiver,

i done mine in it... finish was great, but as said, hammerite is fine, as the rocker cover doesnt really get that hot...

I used VHT paint as a primer then hammerite over the top worked realy well
