i have just bought some cavvy gsi wheels (similar to amg merc ones) and i tried them on my nova but they are catching on my suspension at the front and on the suspension and inner arch at the back, if i space it out then i will need longer wheel bolts, where can i get these from?

or i can fit some 16" bk rims but they are a 40 offset, this wouldn't be a problem if i can do a wide arch kit - any ideas folks?

My only idea would be to get the right size wheels for your car.....

You can get longer studs from www.raldes.co.uk

Must be typical Nova build quality. I've got Cav GSi rims on my SR and it they catch on the inner arch on the drivers side rear on big hits and the rub the gearbx on full lock, other than that they're fine. Just a bit fooki heavy.
BTW they're the best size, fitment for the Nova you can get really. 6x15 on a 49mm offset.
