What Car has your mate got? i.e what makes you think his dials are right?

well, hes got a polo(no chnaged dials so shud be rite),, he was driving at 30mph and i was behind him at the same speed on mobile to see what he was doin. so when his speedo was reading 30 mine read 40..

Providing that you still have standard wheels - and the needle returns to 0 I'm sure it can be done, but I don't know how......sorry :)

this has happened because when u took the needle off 2 put the dials in u didn't mark the offset of the needle. wot u need to do is carefully pull the needle so it is behind the little black thing that stops it goin past 0 the needle then needs to b lined up just after the top speed like in this link, this might take a bit of fiddling 2 set it spot on but ull get there

www.novamad.co.uk

you want 2 go 2 the mods section and the dials guide in the interior section. it's the pic in step 5 u need although i found that mine needed 2 b on the other side of the mph sign
