ive had the arches on my 1.4sr rolled and im getting some -60mm springs. would the handling be better if i used GTE shocks/struts instead of the standard sr units?

I don't think you can lower a nova 60mm on any std shocks cos they will be close to bottoming out.

I have 1.4sr and ive lowere mine 60mm on Gmax springs with GSI standard shocks, they are fine ! It doesn't bottom out, the only risk is that the shocks aren't designed for the amount of extra stress the lowered spring put em under. Ged, the GSI ones are a bit firmer than the SR ones but Its not advisable to run on a 60mm drop on standard shocks for too long coz they wont last long. My rear shock has gone and Ive been drivin on em for 3 months.
