puting standard e16se with standard ecu in my car been offerd a ported and polished big valve head will it run spot on with the standard ecu ?

the head am thinking of getting is the one greg 1.4 is selling on here .He also has a kent cam with these two together would it run fine:confused: information much appreciated:thumb: just sold my e16 with 40s and head work to try save a bit on running costs. Does anyone know what sort of mpg i would get with new set up or would it be much the same as previous engine.it was getting about 25mpg and that was with a lot of rolling lol
