alright mate do you know if this engine would drop straight into a 1.2 carburettor nova ie the wiring all the same etc??

Should be pretty similar mate, I don't reckong there will be any changes

Is your car a 5speed already ?

yes everything is the same.

engine and box will go straight in, all wires the same iirc. same dizzy/coil anyway.
