Anybody know anything about these bad boys?

Im after one as they seem pretty kool and do everything apart from make a brew. Struggling to find one on a half decent Price plan with a free phone tho grrrrr

Any Gen?

Phones 4 you offered me one at about £30-35 a month with a £160 trade in on t mobile/orange/other crap networks or £100 trade in at o2

Actually it seems they offered me a 9700, whatever the difference is

Do you mean the Bold 9700? If so, they are a great phone and I highly recommend it. I got one over a week ago and its the best phone I have ever had.

Aha, I don't keep up with the numbers etc so I saw "bold" and went for it, realised I should probably check it after I posted.

ORange have one at car phone whorehouse for £35 a month with sheet loads of minutes and unlimted everything else and free phone.

Do you have a con-tract at the moment? could try blagging something with them...
Or anyone else at your address with say Vodafone etc as they can give household discounts now etc :)

Nah, im a phoneless hobo atm. Been on pay as you go for ages. I think my mums on Vodafone, this unlimited thing seems to be a load of boolar as well. max unlimited internet usage is comming up at 1gb 500mb on vodascone.

Fair usage policy sucks lol, The idea is to take the sim out at night and use it as mobile broadband for the laptop...

500Mb on my "unlimited" voda data... tbh on a phone youve got to REALLY be hammering things like youtube (which is **** on 3g lol) to get close to 500Megs in a month anyway. The BB is very efficient with the way it moves data so you dont need as much as say the Ipone etc.

I found the best deal by posting on the vodafone forum and got a call from one of their moderators who sorted the same price for Carly as I had (I'd blagged a great deal on upgrade anyway)

Ive found a Unlimted internet/email and 3000 txt and 300 mins free BB9700 and £30 a mth with vodascone.

Thats the best i can find tbh.

thats not bad tbh. Mine "should" be £35 a month for ultd internet/email, BIS, ultd texts and 300mins.

For the 9700 you will only be looking at Orange, T-Mobile and Voda as O2 dont have new good phones that arent Ipones lol
