smart looking car but shouldnt it be running a bit more break than that?

Broken bits make it worth less, on a different note the power is down a little on what you'd expect. lol

Looks like a nice car for the money! Engine conversion would cost more than that. Just because it has a turbo doesn't mean it'll make loads of power, depends how much pressure its running.
lower the pressure on a standard engine = less likely to go bang.

I would have said it was a pear underneath tbh, check out the NS chassis leg. They normally make about 150bhp on 3-5psi iirc, so unless it's running 1-2ish i'd say it's down a little on what you'd expect.
doesn't look overly clean,
but i am sure someone will sort it out

for that price id wack the engine out of it and put it in my corsa track car lol
shame i havnt got £1500 :( not going to sell my astra to buy it either lol
its cammed and turbo'd isnt it? look at little punto gt's. theyre 1.4 turbo and running 145bhp standard.

They run low compression pistons and are designed as standard to take the boost pressures. (Or not as the case maybe lol They eat head gaskets lol)
