Sleepless nights

Didn't sleep a wink last night, kept looking at my phone every hour or so, got back up at 3am came on here stayed up til 4 went back to bed and still never slept, think I dozed off at 10 ish as I opened my eyes after my face landed in a cold bit on my pillow (I'd been drooling it seems)

Now I'm wide awake, not that tired, what the **** :cry::cry::cry:

Anyone else get like this.

i got up at 6.30 today but my body says **** you and kept me awake to 4.30.

ive been up at 4am all week and trying to survive on 4/5hrs sleep a night, i feel absolutely knackerd and to top it of i start night shift tomorrow:cry:

Yep, But mainly because of the pending job losses at my work

I'm starting to feel quite hyper (although work will soon tire me out, its boring as ****) this is the 3rd night in a row I've had little to no sleep.

I've suffered from insomnia for a while, what I need is a teddy bear like you to cuddle up to :gay: lol

Gay. lol i've had it for at lest 2year. I'll get say 3 hours most night.. The one night i'll crash and sleep from 6pm till 7am the next morning..
