This is fresh, just seen it this morning. I'd say it looks like it's been hit by something much higher, hence the dirt/scuff on the quarter.
Annoying that it has cracked the paint! It must have happened in a car park, as that side is on the curb outside of the house. :roll:
Any theories?

Rysee, this one is only about 1000kg. Not bad for size of car IMO (and it being a Volvo)

probably a 4x4 scufffed it in a car park as it doesn't look to bad dent wise so probably hit it quite slow. its **** that the paints cracked though.
And they mustve looked something like a roast chicken.....................

Cheers Rysee these ones aren't 'proper' Volvos, they're built in Holland and are a stolen DAF design after Volvo bought them out...
So they're nowhere near as well built as 700's, 900's etc but if this is a 'crap' Volvo maybe some other companies could have taken heed of the anti corrosion policies. lol

My mate has a Volvo fetish and we plan to spend the summer looking for his perfect ride
He'd get on well with my mate. He has x3 300's that are always getting Clio valver engine (well one is as he constantly rapes it and kills it) the others just sit there feeling sorry for themselves. We plan to drop his B230 turbo with 16v head into one, god knows when. Then add the fact he has an Amazon and a 740 as well as other marques. Nothing tops a Volvo in his eyes mind.
I just bought mine for a cheap laugh. I'd rather have a 240 tbh. lol
What's your mate after? 850R/V70 T5R's are cheap as these days! He should get one of those.

He just loves the 240s, he thinks they're pimp cars haha.
My uncle rolled a 850R in bright yellow on the m6 after a blowout not sure how many times but he would have been doing at least 70 and walked away without a scratch just a bit dizzy

There's an orange old man owned 244 down the road in Shrewsbury. Shrewsbury must be the capital of old Volvos/Saabs and morris minors, i always see them there
