its manual. dont have to worry about the springs as its got coilovers all round.
only thing that we found wrong was the n/s window reg is noisey due to frayed cables. quick fit though.

pete 58n im suprised, most people have said the wheels make the car. is she gets annoyed with them i will sell them on the e46 forum them boys wa+k over them.
