spi tank/pump

if i fit a spi tank and mpi fuel pump, will the carb mechanical pump have enough power to suck thru the pump untill the injection engine arrives ?

right then,

picking up a 5 door soon, carb at the mo, but it will be injected,

so its going to need a 5/4door spi tank and mpi pump,

i hate changing tanks due to that really gay breather pipe on the 2 door models, my arms and fingers are to fat to do it up

and the 5 door tanks, do the inlet and breather pipes connect up in the same place as the 2 door or at the back of the tank as the filler is further back ?

i think you need a spot of help from someone with thinner fingers... i can offer my services..

i've never played with a more door fuel tank before, but it can't be that much different to a 2/3dr

there not that much different as in the fit in the same place but they are a different shape

For now use some 8mm tube the same length as the pump and fit it into the pump craddle instead of the pump. This i have done a few times before.
