I<3 my 2.0 discs and calipers, although I was used to 1.2 stuff so there no question why I love it, some people prefer the V6 discs.

Worth it. Get cheap motor factor dics and spend on some decent mintex pads, then it'll be worth it.

i remember very late braking in my 1.3sr and the 2.0 stuff was great.

somehow i managed to warp my 2 litre disc's on a stripped out 1.2 heheh lol, i guess thats what happens when u brake hardcore from a ton-10 to 0, regardless of vehicle weight. need some new discs in there, getting nasty steering vibrations on hard braking. i wouldnt say there awsome, but there deffo an improvement over standard plop.

when you stopped did you hold the pedal down? thats why they warped :p

and 95% of the time its not the disc thats actually warped, its an uneven layer of pad material deposited on the disc that causes the warped feel.

The late SRi and Gsi brakes were actually OK (ATE ones)

So depending on the age of yours, I wouldnt bother tbh...

should be ATE's... decent pads will get you a noticeable improvement :)

If you've got the 2.0 stuff to hand, you may as well fit it. The sell the old setup on perhaps.

I <3 my V6 brakes just for that feeling of "nothing happening... nothing happening.... oh there's my face on the windscreen" lol
