Setting up a gear linkage help.

Im currently trying to set up an f20 in a corsa b, I think its using the corsa sport linkage. Any easy way of setting the linkage up as I'm struggling on my own to get it right, at the moment I've only got 3rd 4th and 5th.

if your doing it by yourself, youve gotta be real delicate to not let anything move outta place while your tightening the shifter side. could try wedging things down into the gearstick hole to hold the knob in neutral, might make it easier.

on the gearbox side if u push the selector fork thing all the way into the box and then pop it out one notch, that should be neutral, if u line the box and the stick side all in neatral, make sure they both havent moved and delicatly tighten the nut, making sure nothing moves, should do the job :thumb:

haynes has a method of a 5mm drill bit in the gearbox which sets the linkage in a rotated position. both methods work for me.
