Anyone work at Vauxhall that can help me with the procedure with getting a key coded or ECU reset?

I have lost the key to my 2002 Combo!

I have seen some websites that offer a 'work around' the immobiliser - but am a bit wary!

Replacement keys from GM are something stupid like £280+vat!

IF you have to go that route, take your log book & driving license/ID.

Other then, pass mate :S

And I am sure they will sting me for 'diagnostic time' and the reprogramming too!!

I called a place in the Midlands that said that if I send the key and transponder they can send me back a reprogrammed key that will sort the problem out...?

Nah its literally just the key, they code a key to your Immobiliser. My dad lost his keys to a Meriva & this is all they done.

Is it a kosher firm?? Ive never really heard of anyone offering a service like that?
