Seems to have everything that I'd look for when buying a mask.
Grinding facility is an extremely useful addition.
Good looking design too. Well worth £70 IMO
You can get one from MachineMart for about £70, less on a VAT free day, which has done me fine. (Not saying that one's bad, just mentioning an alternative)
What's grinding facility?
It means it will protect your eyes when grinding (clear screen)
The mask looks the part for £70. Seems pretty impressive.
Iain its prob so the screen is clear so you can wear it while grinding? lol
DAMM too slow :(
Eye protection when grinding?? Dont be stupid lol
Aye, sounds top stuff for £70 TBH. You gotta get yourself a funky one tho, pictured painted welding masks are WIN
i got my one free, my boss, threw his down in anger and cracked on corner slightly, so bought a new one and gave me this one XD

Welding without a mask! Sod that old guy at work complains about his arc eye and he cant get on with the new mask (auto dim like the above) He prefers the old school one where you hold it in one hand and its dark all the time. I prefer to have one hand free for what ever (but nothing dirty not when there's cats and dogs on the street :) )
I only spot weld (to hold a repair patch on) without a mask if am doing it quick etc just look away then hold the button for a few sec's or whatever :)
I use this sealey mask,
