Header tank, best to use is the corsa C as its tiny. It what's hidden in mine.

I wouldn't bother hiding it tho, it can be a real ****. Getting pipes to run nicely and such.

I agree with benn. For the time and effort spend trying to make the pipework look neat and not having any bleeding issues I'd spend the money on 2 bailey tanks (header & breather) for symmetry.

As said above, corsa washer bottle and a zx, ax, bx etc wiper motor.

If you're reasonably competant at soldering etc its incredably easy to change the loom so it all comes out the drivers side and is hidden and you can block the normal engine bay entry hole. Its all covered in my wip, somewhere lol

Bless the net. There was a time when people would have to find this out for themselves. Or if lucky, rob it from someones mag feature. lol

Consider yourself lucky you have a Nova also. Very easy to do the 'hidden' trick with for a lot of items.

Oh its true, its alot of pissing about Pete, you can simple tuck it up to make it look tidier. I wouldn't wanna hide the header tank again. Mines still no perfect.

when putting the header tank in the scuttle where do you route the larger/bottom hose that comes from the header tank ?

small/top rad hose can go round the inner wing but im stuck with the other.

any/help info would be great.

Edd.

I first had it going thru the firewall, but that's very untidy.

Mine now drops down thru the bottom of the scuttle(so its under the dash) then back in to the bay next to the heater matrix hose.
Then one inlet is the inlet small water pipe and the other the turbo out.

If it leaks your passenger will know first...

Its alot of pissing about..lol
