i used the sub frames that were on the original seats.basically i took the runners of the seats and welded them to the subframe,then bolted to my seats.made it easy to put in as using all the runners allready on the floor of the car.still ment i could slide back and forward!!

the seats i bought didnt have any runners and mines a mk2 with those crappy rocking type frames

Shouldnt Be To Hard To Get Some Runners From A Scrappy.weld Them On Job Done

use the original runners off you seats in the nova the tilt slide ones just take all the padding off the frame and chop and weld were needed
