got a car cover other week to put over car for winter so wash n waxed it covered it up and today looked under cover and it was as wet as if i didnt have one on:mad: so wet to halfords and there asking 60quid for same thing and said that isnt 100% waterproof so got some tarpaulin that should do the trick:) http://i653.photobucket.com/albums/uu260/wayneys_sri/Photo086.jpgwhen i took old cover uphttp://i653.photobucket.com/albums/uu260/wayneys_sri/Photo116.jpgnew cover
most tarpaulins are not good at waterproofing, they are woven, so rain will run off, but drizzle or snow will get through
I thought this was going to be a thread about putting waxoil up your bum lol
Problem with a tarpaulin is no water can evaporate out, like the expensive 'breathable' covers do, so it'll trap moisture underneath.
Spend your money.
Cheap covers are cheap for a reason.
My recent purchase.

Had a cheaper one, it was ****. This one is 100% waterproof.
The day the Monsoon cover came i had to thaw the old one off the car.
